Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Markitus, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality lead generation and appointment-setting services for Roofing Contractors. To maintain transparency and set clear expectations, we have established the following No Refund Policy:

Non-Refundable Payments
All payments made for services provided by Markitus are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Fees for lead generation and appointment-setting services.
• Payments for strategy sessions, consulting, or campaign setup.
• Advertising management fees and any other service-related charges.

Exceptions
Refunds will only be considered in cases where a written agreement explicitly states otherwise. Any such agreements must be documented and signed by an authorized representative of Markitus.

Service Quality
While we are committed to delivering high-quality services and continuously optimizing campaigns, results may vary due to factors beyond our control, including audience behavior, ad platform changes, market conditions, and client responsiveness. Fluctuations in lead volume, appointment rates, cost per lead, or temporary delays do not qualify for refunds. Markitus will, however, make reasonable efforts to optimize and improve performance when necessary.

Disputes and Chargebacks
Any payment disputes should be communicated to us at support@markitus.in. Unauthorized chargebacks will be contested, and accounts may be suspended for initiating fraudulent claims.
